A method to transforming your life, by applied neuroscience expert Bill Leider
Based on the Forbes-recognised bookWhat’s Next?
How to make your next chapter your best chapter.
Someone who thinks differently, decides differently, and is proud of who they’ve become. That’s what this year is for.
Think of the situation you’ve already tried to fix. You’ve had a go at it more than once. Nothing worked, and by now you’ve half-decided it’s simply how things are.
It isn’t. You were never taught the question that opens it. Not at school, not at work, not by anyone who raised you. Most people go their whole lives without hearing it.
Bill Leider spent forty years figuring it out. Then he wrote it down.
Once you know how to ask it, you cannot unknow it.

Before you decide anything, Bill wrote you a letter. It explains where this method came from, and why he thinks you should trust a man you’ve never heard of.
Dear reader,
I wrote What’s Next? – How to Make Your Next Chapter Your Best Chapter, based on my 10 years studying the most current findings of neuroscience (the scientific study and documentation of the unconscious mind), and applying the documented findings to how they apply to the conscious behavior of everyday people living everyday lives.
My writing is also based on my over forty years of hands-on experience as a corporate leader, consultant and trusted advisor to industry executives and high wealth individuals on subjects ranging from planning, cultural change, and personal leadership skills, together with the common-sense wisdom I accumulated mostly attributable to the number of years I have spent living on the planet (eighty-eight years, if you’re counting).
I gathered all that, put them together, added a few ingredients I have recently learned, and mixed them together to write this book. I testify that the neuroscience part is accurate because Dr. Amir Vokshoor — a highly respected surgeon, and founder and CEO of INI, The Institute of Neuro Innovation, a non-profit dedicated to the study of neuroscience innovations and discoveries — volunteered to write the foreword, in which he testified to the accuracy of the neuroscience claims I wrote about in my book.
The rest of my testimony relies solely on the results I achieved in becoming a trusted source of information and knowledge, and the results I achieved in my leadership and consulting years.
That sums up my testimony. I hope it’s sufficient to arouse your curiosity enough to continue.
I am not nationally well-known. You have likely not heard of me. Yet here I stand, asking you to buy my book and workbook. How nervy of me. So let me offer you the people who vouch for this work, and what each of them risked to do it.
A renowned surgeon and a qualified source on the truth and value of neuroscience. He volunteered to write the foreword to What's Next?, testifying to the accuracy of the neuroscience I write about.
Testified to the results she experienced in her own personal life, achieved from lessons she took directly out of the book.
Published an article on the unique value of the book, largely for its focus on and understanding of applied neuroscience.
My wife, best friend, lover, fan, and pull-no-punches cheerleader. She inspired me to write the book and believe in myself, and backed me taking the risk of becoming a full-time writer with no guarantee of success. She risked her own financial and emotional comfort to do it.
Respected worldwide for the marketing skills she uses to lift sales and brand recognition across many industries. She read my manuscript and told me I hadn't written a book, I'd written a manifesto. She staked her own reputation on an unknown author.
Our dog, who lives with Arlene and me in our home (if she could talk, she'd tell you it's really her home). She provides the love and emotional support that lets Arlene support my goals. A big task for an eight-pound bundle of love, and she welcomes it.
Every one of them took a risk to back me. Arlene knew that if I failed it would cripple me for the rest of my life, and she trusted her instincts anyway. Angelica had never marketed a book before, and knew her brand would suffer if I flopped. And Cha Cha, who worked out that if Arlene was devastated, the love and affection she’d grown accustomed to would dry up, came on board too. Thank God for the wisdom of dogs.
Isn’t it ironic that I get my greatest inspiration from three women. Women everywhere, take note.
The Magic Question Workbook is the companion to Bill Leider’s book “What’s Next?”, and to the method of an applied neuroscience thought-leader whose framework was featured in Forbes. The Book explains the thinking. The Workbook is where you do it — and that is the part that changes a life.
Over twelve months you’ll read, practise, and apply one way of thinking until it stops being something you do and becomes something you are. Not a weekend of inspiration you’ve forgotten by spring — a year of work on a real problem in your own life. And when you look back, you won’t just know more. You’ll have become someone who moves through life differently.
Thirteen months, in two parts. The Book hands you the thinking. The Workbook is where it becomes yours.
You start with What’s Next? — the whole foundation, in Bill’s own words.
The e-book is free with every purchaseTwelve guided chapters that take you through The Magic Question and put it to work on something real in your own life — the situation you’ve already tried to fix and couldn’t.
Do that for twelve months and something remarkable happens: you are literally rewiring your brain. The more you put in, the more it takes hold, until the new way of thinking is simply how you think.
Twelve months from today you will be standing in one of these two places. The only thing that decides which is what you do in the next few minutes.
You cannot get this year back. You can only decide what it was for.
The Workbook is the thing you’re buying — twelve months of guided work. The Book comes free with it, either way.

What’s Next? — How to Make Your Next Chapter Your Best Chapter. Your starting point, and yours to keep. It arrives the moment you pay, so you begin with the whole foundation in your hands. Read it first — the Workbook follows 30 days later.
If you’ve finished What’s Next?, you don’t need the 30-day run-up. Start the work today.
A chapter a month and a pen. Most people spend twenty minutes on the reading and rather longer thinking about it while doing something else. The work is not long, it is just honest — and honesty takes a while to arrive.
Because the Workbook doesn’t teach the method, it makes you use it — on a real situation in your own life. That only works once the ideas have had time to settle. If you’ve already read the book, you don’t wait at all: take the instant option above.
No. There is nothing to visualise and nothing to believe in. It is a question, four rules for framing it, and a way of reflecting honestly before you ask. A neurosurgeon wrote the foreword because the claims about the brain are the accurate kind.
Write to us within the first thirty days and we’ll refund you in full. You keep the book either way.
People with a situation they have genuinely tried to fix and couldn’t — at work, at home, or with someone they love. If you have nothing you’re stuck on, this will be an interesting read and not much else. If you do, it’s the whole point.
Eighty-eight years old. Forty of them as a corporate leader, consultant and trusted advisor to executives. Ten more studying applied neuroscience. His book was covered by Forbes and its foreword was written by Dr. Amir Vokshoor, founder of the Institute of Neuro Innovation. His letter is below.
The year is going to pass either way. The only question is whether you arrive at the end of it as the same person, or as someone you’re proud to have become.
